Well, as I stated on my last journal entry today I start Atkins, I'm very focused and determined to follow it to the letter.
I like that now I can eat cheese, olives, and plenty of other stuff I wasn't allowed.
I think this change will definitely work...but we'll see in 2 weeks.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thanks Kelly...part of what motivated me to switch is knowing that a lot of my buddies here are on Atkins and can guide me through and answer any doubts I might have. It's very much appreciated.
