I have some friends coming from Monterey, Mexico. I want to show them a good time around town, but I don't want to carry my extra weight with me. I sorry extra fat, but you are not invited!

My goal is to lose 14lbs by August 1st. Which shouldn't be too bad because it is only 2lbs/wk. I hope I can do it.
