Well I trid to update my bio and goals but it will not save. So I will save it here and hopefully when fatsecret gets their issues straightened out I will update.

Original Start weight: 248#
First Goal: 220# goal met on April 7, 2011
Second Goal: 210# goal met on May 21, 2011
Start over: 221# sabotaged myself November 8, 2011
Start over did not work: 233.2# 5/31/12 - see what happens :(
Start over 10/16/12 - scared to weigh will wait a week or so
Start over weight 10/22/12 - 232.8#
S/O goal 227# - goal met Oct, 31, 2012
S/O 2nd goal: 220#
S/O 3rd goal: 215#
S/O 4th goal: 210#
5th goal: 205#
6th goal: 200#
7th goal: 195#
8th goal: 190#
9th goal: 185#
10th goal: 179# this is where I felt like I looked and felt the best..this was in 2006 or so when I lost weight and I was told I looked like I did in High School.

Time to revise my bio some 10/30/2012....I am 42 years old and moved from Georgia to Washington State. Moving, planning a wedding (married in June of 2010), job changes, working from home, getting my 17 year old daughter through her Senior year and into college...bad habits has put weight back on me.

Before moving I had great habits getting up every morning and working out before heading off to commute to work. Now I work from home (still on EST time) so being at work at 5am does not really allow me time to exercise prior. I was a member of the Y and was doing well then in June / July 2010 I just sabotaged myself. I have started back here a few times and my goal weights will reflect that. I need to be honest with myself and through this I will succeed.

I knew I had gained weight but scared to get on the scale and see that reality. At my heaviest I was pushing 250# and I know I was not there but my jeans (that I bought after losing weight) are too snug. I have aches in my joints. I know the cause of the aches and need them to stop so I cut back out the carbs (breads and startched). Within a couple of days my aches are leaving me and I am feeling better. I went about 10 days on this new start before weighing myself and that will be my S/O start over weight. I will have new S/O goals until I get back to where I was before. So here I am working hard to get back on track with my goals. I am still mad at myself, but I guess I am learning. In the past I just would have let the complacency continue on until I gained back everything that I had lost. This time I do not want to get out of the clothes that I can now wear again so I am working hard and learning self discipline.
