The whole concept of eating more to weigh less...it's challeging to the mind of someone who's always restricted calories. Now I'm on a menu plan that also allows me to only eat whole foods...and I think how on gods green earth can I consume that much. I've already been feeling full all day...while trying to put MORE food into my stomach. lol.. it goes against everything my brain thinks it knows!!!

I'm attempting to increase my good calories to see if it will jump start my metabolism again, and get my body into burning and releasing calories. It's a frustrating process, especially since I've eliminated so many other food out of my diet already...one would have thought that the benefits would have been immediate and that the weight would be melting off, especially with all my additional activity.
