Home from the conference, what a fun time it was. School superintendents are pretty interesting when you take them out of their natural habitat. Lots of dinners and parties and opportunities to build relationships with my customers (and future customers).

I ate really well, didn't have any problems except that I didn't eat enough at the dinner last night. It was a buffet, had lasagna and shrimp linguini, which I skipped, and had a dry salad and an even drier piece of baked chicken. Ick. So then I went up to a party at a penthouse suite, lots of junky food and alcohol and I had.....nothing! Had a protein bar when I got back to my room. I stopped taking HCG a few weeks ago, and I've noticed that I get a lot hungrier now. I may reconsider and go back on it.

Just hypothesize for a moment that exercise for calorie burning didn't work. But that exercise while you are dieting made you hungrier. Would you still exercise? Why or why not? How would you change your exercise?

I still exercise but I don't go overboard. I am aiming for 40 minutes of exercise 3x a day. This is for all of the other non-weight related benefits, like better cardio-vascular health and muscle tone. When I get to my goal weight, I want to be able to be active. I am hoping it helps with the loose skin issue, as well. It does make me more hungry and I do up my calorie intake after I have exercised but trying not to exceed calories burned.

I would exercise some just because I sleep better on the nights that I exercise. I would probably scale it back down from what I do now though.

Oh, and I am so impressed that you didn't have any of the junk food or alcohol at the pent house party. You are unstoppable!
