Fairstein's Journal, 30 October 2012

I've had a couple of weeks away with work, then my dad came to stay here, I've been eating really healthily, exercising every day, and making good choices, so I'm happy with maintaining at 122. I'm actually really pleased that I seem to have found my 'happy maintenance' level!

That said, I leave for our belated honeymoon in Japan in a little under 2 weeks and I REALLY want to be at my goal of 119 by then, so I'm back to counting every single calorie. Those last three pounds WILL be gone! (even if they all come back during our honeymoon!)
122.0 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
