Down a little at the end of the month. My weight has been oscillating quite a bit, a lot of it a matter of water retention. I'm off travelling the rest of this week, and then the week after next. That always makes me apprehensive.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 169.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
