Changed my diet to weight watchers tried atkins to hard to follow still the same weight I hope this works never knew losing weight was so hard

If losing weight was easy, we would all be skinny. If your going from Atkins to WW, you need to add carb back in slowly or you will see a gain. You should give it a month to get your body used to a new way of eating. You should read all your materials and follow the plan as written. Fruits and veggies (most) are free but fruit does have calories so you are supposed to eat till your satisfied. Drink your water. Eat your daily points. Some good things to help you start is to keep breakfast the same for a week to keep it simple and help you get used to the points. Planning your day the night before can help keep you on track. Look up food before you go out. Lot's of sites have nutritional information. Good luck!
