I'm finding that now that I am not in front of a computer all day at work I find it difficult to log my food. I don't use the home computer that much because it is so slow and lags too much. I was really spoiled with my super fast/super cool computer at my old work. I'm going to try to keep a note pad in the kitchen and jot down everything and enter it at the end of the day. Good thing is with being at home I'm not eating out as much and my sodium levels are better. :) Going to record food this week and weigh in on Friday. Luckily Halloween candy isn't much of a temptation for me and I have SF chocolates in there if I need it. Hope everyone has a great Monday.
