Really hard today to keep on track. Looking at my calendar really does help. Reminding myself is this bite really worth it?? No! reaching my goal is. Thanks for listening.
Met my sister & hubby at the rec center and worked out. 1 mile in 15 min on the machine and 1 mile on the walking path. Got me out of the house and stopped me from eating. Motivation!
