I've been doing fairly well for the past 28 days. I'm staying very near my 1250 calorie per day limit, but I don't freak out if I go ever. I haven't been working out like I should. I will weigh myself today or tomorrow and record my entry.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 October 2012:
1708 kcal Fat: 80.02g | Prot: 69.99g | Carb: 173.64g.   Breakfast: Appalachian Trail Mix, Butter, egg white, Coffee, grits, 2% Fat Milk. Dinner: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach & Mozzarella Ravioli, bertolli alfredo sauce. Snacks/Other: baba foods hummus, Pita Chips, pillsbury sugar cookies, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate. more...


Way to go on staying on track with your calories. Sometimes that can be really hard to do for a long period of time. Keep it up :)
