I did my weigh-in today down 5 lbs. This is good but my carb intake is way to high. I need to cut back my carb intake. Today I am going to make up my menu for the week and try to stick to that. The first thing I want to do is eliminate carbohydrates. I started back with the water arobics. Goal for this week 3-5 lbs.
