Currently following the Whole 30 diet (which is just clean eating) while attemtping to shed some pounds.

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 October 2012:
2023 kcal Fat: 99.27g | Prot: 128.11g | Carb: 168.84g.   Breakfast: red peppers, sunflower oil, spinach, eggs. Lunch: Chicken Breast, lettuce, lettuce, spinach, walnut oil, raspberries, chicken breast. Dinner: ground turkey, spaghetti squash, broccoli, Italian Herb Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other: Efagold Coconut Oil, lara bar, almond butter, roasted pumpkin seeds, Coconut Cream Pie, Apples. more...

attempting to add more food to see if restricted calories was the reason for not being able to loose weight. I've got a lot of hesitations about eating more, especially with not being able to loose weight, but I opted I would at least give it a try and see what would happen..lord knows I don't want to gain more weight :( I've been eating exceptionally clean....I'm at such a loss...
