I find that I can eat just about anything in moderation. Portion size is the key. Better to indulge in a tiny amount than keep myself from it and then binge later. However, if no more junk food is your goal, then I believe you can do it!

Thank you! While it is my goal to completely stop eating junk food, I realize that is very difficult. I like your approach of eating in moderation. Thanks for helping me :)
