Finally done it. Lost 2 stone since June..and it's been easier than i thought. Still going to use this though, as the hardest thing now is to eat well and maintain 19000 calories a day..i'm so in the groove of eating less and choosing less fattening food. it's been amazing and i'm going to eat this well and this way forever!
