It's been super hard for me to get any exercise in my day. Recently I haven't had the self-starting motivation to get much done that isn't absolutely necessary and I know part of it is from not exercising. I'm just not sure how to catch the motivation.
Maybe if I make a schedule of how my entire day needs to go. Then I can visually see that I should be doing something so if I'm not I will feel more responsible.

Setting a goal is a good way to start and great if you complete it. Just don't be hard on yourself if you don't. You don't win with punishment you win with success.
