nordic walking 2 hours, home > ski flying ramps > harbor > home; 3.5 kms, mixed flat/ steep hills.
Energy level much improved on low carb, symptoms of deadhead, confusion, exhaustion are gone.
REMINDER TO SELF! I FEEL AWFUL AFTER I EAT SWEETS AND BREADS! LO-CARB IS IT!
