I lost another jean size. I got into the size 14w. They're still too tight, but I zipped them up and sat down in them. I won't have any candy in the house on Halloween. Maybe apples.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
