Been doing Atkins since last Monday, it's now Saturday. I've lost 6 lbs, down to 174. Didn't measure myself until today so don't know if I've lost any inches but here are my measurements as of today:
Bust 42"
Waist 42"
Hips 46"
Left Thigh 22 1/2"
Right Thigh 24"
Left Upper Arm 14:
Right Upper Arm 13 1/2"
My goal is to get down to 150 lbs and maintain there. I would also like to get rid of my belly fat.

Good for you!! Congrats, I have lost 60 pounds on Atkins! I still have a ways to go but this really works for me... just stick with it!
