Okay, I kicked some major ass yesterday by sticking to everything I was supposed to eat without losing it and sneaking something that wasn't on my list, so I feel pretty awesome. I'll feel even better if I drop at least five pounds by the end of this week. I already have my entire day's worth of food planned out (I feel like I'm writing a menu every day) and I'm pretty satisfied with it. I'm starting off light with what I have (pre-packaged meals) before I start some actual cooking. We'll see how it goes, I guess...
