Here is a reason not to mess up one's eating plan. I weighed 150 on October 12th and then had a major pig out. It has taken me two whole weeks to get back to 150.

But I am thankful that I recovered and looking forward to Monday. I want to join GG in the land of the 40's. Operation Weekend Watch please help me get through this weekend!

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 October 2012:

Good work Buffy- you are on the way to the 40's- keep thinking positive thoughts and the weekend will be a piece of cake or maybe I should say a piece of lettuce ;).

Stay on plan this weekend and you might just be opening that door to the 140's next week! Great work getting back to 150....it really does take too much time for any kind of recovery.

Neptune - Although it is harder to lose the smaller you get - don't be scared! Just know that it will be slow going and develop patience. Your goals will happen.

Look at you! WTG! I do know what you mean about the pig-out taking weeks to get back off. Same happened to me. It will happen for you. Patience is the key word and just have faith in your plan. Hugs!

HCB - you are so right. I remember saying last winter that my goal was not to put on weight. With a goal set that low, no wonder I did so poorly. This year will be different.
