Today was my start by waking up early and going to my personal trainers even though I was tired and had hardly any energy I found my motive if I didn't start today it would always result to me saying tomorrow. I went and got my butt kicked and each time I was hoping for it to end I kept saying to get where I wanna be I need to be my word and by the end of my session I felt gratitude and felt good even though my legs felt like help and my lungs I knew I was one step closer
