what the hell is wrong with me!!?? DAY 2 OF NO CHEATING. Feeling very frustrated today, I know Atkins will not work for me if I keep having "little slips". The weight is NOT coming off, hmmmm, wonder why? Definetly not that milkshake I had Monday. . . .

You can still have a milkshake! A low-carb one! I actually made my first one today, and oh my was it awesome! And only 6.4 carbs for 8 oz. It could have been lower in carbs if I had some cottage cheese to use for thickening, but I didn't so I used cream cheese. I made it with unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free lemon pudding (Jell-O), stevia, cream cheese, lemon juice and threw in some flaxseed for extra fiber. It made 6 cups, so I'll be able to drink it for a few days. If you want it to be thicker, add more ice and less almond milk. I actually have it sitting in the freezer right now. Will make a yummy ice cream for tomorrow! BTW, I actually HATE cottage cheese. Ewwwwwww! Not a milk drinker, for sure, but they say you can't even taste the cottage cheese in there. It just thickens it up. Next grocery shopping day, I'm stocking up on cottage cheese lol.
