Wow, this is going to be a challenge in it self! I have tried doing things like this before and it didn't motivate me that much at all. Hope having other people in a group and being able to talk to others going through the same things as me, will enable me to lose weight and to get my two kids at home to lose some as well. I'm 42, mother of three, grandmother to twin boys which are 17 months old. Last December, I weighed 212 pounds and I have lost those 12 pounds just by changing up what I eat and leaving the packaged foods alone as much as possible. No junk food, sweets, sodas! Now let's see where this will take me....
