I'm able to continue eating right and get quality exercise. Lots of fresh veggies and salads, some turkey, chicken, eating out at Chipotle, and staying away from Mexican, beer and wine :( I feel better - definitely! My plan is to lose through the summer, then apply myself to maintaining through the winter. I don't really know what I should weigh......I will make any adjustments next summer.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
