I'm back from Vegas and I'm proud to say that I managed to keep off and take off a couple of pounds out there ! I did do well and I'm so proud of myself. Well, I'm going to try and organize a new challenge so feel free to keep an eye out for it and join me as we continue to take off some more pounds ! I'm glad to be home, I missed you guys. Thanks !
254.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
