121.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1848 kcal Fat: 35.78g | Prot: 150.40g | Carb: 200.69g.   Breakfast: Espresso Coffee, sugar free cool whip, 100% Pure Pumpkin, Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, half and half, sugar free creamer, misc. Lunch: ultimate no sugar added apricots ( Mariani -approx 5), mustard greens, Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage, cooked egg white. Dinner: cucumber, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, onion, tomato, sweet peppers, apple, harvest rice, tila, lemon/pumpkin. Snacks/Other: misc, pro, cherries, Cooked Egg White, espresso, almond breeze. more...
