121.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1848 kcal Fat: 35.78g | Prot: 150.40g | Carb: 200.69g.   Breakfast: Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, half and half, Espresso Coffee, sugar free creamer, 100% Pure Pumpkin, sugar free cool whip, misc. Lunch: mustard greens, Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage, cooked egg white, ultimate no sugar added apricots ( Mariani -approx 5). Dinner: tila, harvest rice, tomato, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, sweet peppers, apple, onion, cucumber, lemon/pumpkin. Snacks/Other: pro, almond breeze, espresso, cherries, Cooked Egg White. more...
