Three 10 Minute Trainer videos in a row work much better than the Sparkpeople 28-day Bootcamp videos I was doing. I FEEL like I worked out (felt like I hit the right neurotransmitters, finally!).
170.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, It's this: http://www.amazon.com/10-Minute-Trainer-Hortons-Workout/dp/B0016PWG7S It's pricey, but my boyfriend already had it lying around so I've been using it. I'm trying to do three of them at a time (had to work up to that many).
