Whoops. Indulged a little too much this weekend. Red wine and stove top yesterday. :( My numbers weren't rediculously high, but high enough to kick me out of ketosis. Weighing in today (not a regular weigh in day for me) so I remember to stay on course this week. Re-focus on why I want to lose this weight.
