Yeah, I was really stressed out this weekend and had way too many beers. It sucks when you put in honestly how many beers you drank and you see just how many calories you took in. I may not drink all week, but I sometimes binge it all on Friday. Gotta change that.

I think quite a few of us can say the same. I don't drink very often but when I do I generally have enough to keep me "happy" all evening lol.

Yeah, me too, don't kill yourself over it, drink that wine because it is actually good for your well being in appropriate moderation, and try to compensate for it in the total calories burned. I don't drink much beer at all anymore (and believe me I like beer) but I had TWO yesterday afternoon on a sail. That plus my wine with dinner. But I am cutting back a little, just a little.

Didn't even notice I had comments! Thanks for the advice as well as confirming that I'm not the only one who enjoys adult beverages... sometime a little too much. Things around my house combined with my school work is just crazy right now. I just have to quit drinking because I find I can't just have one or two. Wine? It would be a whole bottle of the cheap stuff and I can't afford the expensive stuff... but I'd probably drink that too
