Wow, busy, busy week! First week with no job but I was running my butt off! Monday being the only night without an extra or full evening plan. Cub Scouts, Pumpkin patch, babysitting neighbors, babysitting friends, and Disney on Ice. Gah! Next few days include nephew's birthday, open house for our halloween decorations, and girl scouts. Needing a nap just thinking about it. Was doing good for a while on my return. But (enter excuse here...). Going to do better on Saturday. Have to re-start my "re-start". October is insane for us (AVID Halloween decorators) but not really an excuse. I need to develope a coping mechanism for stressfull/busy/crazy days/weeks for my eating. I should have had more grab and go type foods for me. and Easy dinner solutions for my whole family. Learning!!
