I have been riding my stationary bike everyday. I saw my number go down alittle today. I have been off work this week and will be next week too. Riding is very important to me. I do not want to "slack off" just because I am on "vacation"!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
