I feel like I am constantly restarting. I lost about 20 lbs last year. I became discouraged because I worked out everyday and ate my calorie limit but the stinky scale would not budge. Then I became busy with life and having no time or money for the gym I let my exercise go. The good news was that I kept the weight off for a long time. Then I took a trip out of state for a funeral and gained 6lbs, bad food and lots of it. I am out for a lifestyle change but I enjoy indulging with my kids. I have a large family and often it is cheaper and easier to eat the high carb high fat foods. You know, fish sticks, spaghetti, hamburgers, sandwiches, macaroni, etc. We enjoy fresh foods more but finding the time and money for a nutritious diet everyday seems like a daunting task. I have been put on meds to control cholesterol,not sure if it is weight related or heredity so I need to get my weight down to find out. I hate taking medicine, won't even take Tylenol unless I feel like I am dying. So here I am a teacher on summer break wanting to change a whole lot in the next 6 weeks!
