Good Morning.. Day 4 of my exercise regimen, did 35 minutes on the bike... Feeling good. I was diagnosed with osteoscoliosis in my lower back about 1yr after I gave birth to my twins, then was told that due to the deformity I have arthritis in that area :( So for the past 3 yrs I have experienced a complete 360degree turn around in my life - activities came to a hault - I picked up 60 pounds (after giving birth) and at the start of this diet or lifestyle change on Oct. 1st I weighed 5 pounds more than what I weighed the day I gave birth to the twins! :( Some days I have a hard time moving, going to the grocery store or the mall is a task due to the severe pain in my back.. I say all this to say that since I purchased this bike last week and have began the exercise as of this MOnday Oct. 15th I feel great! Of course I have to take all my pain pills but I am grateful that I am able to do 30% more than what I was able to do last week.. It's a slow start but I have to start somewhere..glad that I have FS and the group/challenge to assist - support me in this journey to normalcy... You all have a great day.. DB :)
201.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
