I am not recording the scale because I know my start weight is more than my current showing weight...by around 8#. This challenge will get me back to my current showing weight and then I can pick up from there to get back on pace. Just need to kick this cough.

Well the cough has officially stolen my voice. I let the dogs outside and opened my mouth to call them....and no voice! So I will be going to the doctor this afternoon instead of taking a walk.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
