Good morning, fatsecreters! didn't sleep well and am not awake yet. Haven't been meditating as much so maybe that's part of it.

Grateful for:
thank you cards on my desk
coffee
cbt
sleep
good magazines
finally cleaning out my purse
finally gathering some things for goodwill
making progress on housecleaning
the smothers brothers dvds
my hubby and kitty
128.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.5 lb a week
