OK, first day back on track. Atkins Induction-rksoup modified (allows caffine, occational LC alcohol, and nuts, but no beer). My numbers look good (especially my sodium-for me) except my cals are low again. Weird that I feel so satisfied but even feel I HAVE to ADD my "cream cheese/cheesecake fake" tonight to add fats-not because I'm hungry, but my cals are so low. I had bacon for breakfast, blackened salmon caesar salad for lunch, and a light dinner of meatball and veggie soup. Decadant! Perfect!

My numbers:
Cals 917 (I know, too low.)
Carbs 20.72 (11%)
Fat 52.02 (51%)
Protein 43.72 (38%)
Sodium 2085

My eating goals are fats 65%, Proteins 30%, Carbs 5%. Sodium under 2500 (which is usually a problem), and Cals under 1800 (which is usually NOT a problem, and veggies taking up 40-50% of my carb intake.
Wasn't tempted at all. Went grocery shopping today to make sure I had everything on hand to make my transition back into my WOE easy and delightful.

My weight loss goals: to not go under 1#/week but hopefully go up to 2#/week.
