Went a bit AWOL over the last few days, not had the best few days diet wise or work wise. Was trying to make today a new start and went to the gym earlier, but this afternoon I feel really really sick. Dunno what's wrong. Have had a half hour lie down just now but still don't feel awesome. Gonna just try and power through thought cos I've got work to do.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
