Ate a little too much last night. I made homemade mac & cheese for DH and decided I needed to eat some too. Now, this wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't already eaten all my calories for the day.

I promise to be in more control today. Back to basics - protein and veggies.

Am thankful this Sunday to be spending some time with DH - project for today - planting trees. Got to go hit the shower.

I also have a hard time not eating pasta if I make it for my family. Pasta and potatoes are the 2 things I miss the most. Well and ice cream but if I absolutely can't reisist I just have 1 bite and that usually helps.

Nsagley - Sometimes we just get these cravings! Hang tough - after all it is only white starch.

Ohhh. Homemade mac and cheese. *sigh* I could eat the whole pan of that. If you ate that on top of your calories for the day... big deal. Your evening sounded like mine. I overate dinner too. Something must have been in the air. LOL! I just haven't been eating meals on a regular schedule and then eat whatever is handiest.... or overeat when I do sit down for a meal. All that will stop. Weekend is over. I have been out running around getting stuff for my mom's BD. I picked up her cake and it's so pretty. I got her some other pretty things she will smile over. It's been fun. What kind of trees are you planting?

Mac & Cheese! Yum. I didn't do to badly on the food front this WE but only did a few home exercises on the floor. No gym or no C25K training. There is always Monday. :)

That's interesting. I had vegan (and gluten free) mac and cheese the other day. Quinoa pasta and cashew butter cheese. The jury's out on that one. I'm sure yours was amazing. Planting trees will burn some of those cals. Have a great protein and veggie day, Buffy dear.
