Doing well, no weigh in for me for a little while though... last week I went to a neighbor's pizza party and the scale went off! Doesn't take much... Plus I need to cut back on the dairy too I think but I've been following the diet fairly well otherwise. Thanks to those who messaged me. I'm still here. I'm not ever going off of this diet! :)
