Ho, I'm doing not too bad. 1-2 hours of biking a day, kcal intake 300-900 kcals, weight keep dropping. I'll do my weight-in sunday, but today I was at 66.7 kgs, so I see the results of my training and diet. But dang! I have sooo much trouble avoiding candy/ half of my daily intake is liquirice :/
