Went on vacation returning on 6/6/2010, did not have access to a scale, or computer, or even my phone app, since no net work out in the mountains...I had a few free days over the week....notably right before weighin...oh well did not gain everything back, and overall did stick the the diet. had only one soda....
250.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
