Still on my deadline but I did manage to sign up for the gym. Got in one 45 min workout session and one yoga class so far. I haven't been drinking coffee every morning and have noticed that I am not as worried about my deadline and I have lost weight. I measured out the creamer I was using and it was 3x what I thought it was. I will now be drinking coffee as an occasional treat rather than a daily necessity!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
