I cannot believe that I am doing so bad. Ready for the excuses?

1. Trying to quit smoking
2. Stress at work
3. Quit keeping track of female stuff due to surgery so I don't know when the hormones are kicking in
4. Able to exercise only 15 minutes because the feet start to hurt
5. Husband and son are meat and potato only
6. It is just as easy to reach for the chips as it is the fruit
7. Work for a spice company - smell does affect the appetite

I can go on and on but I don't like to whine. All I can do is pick myself up, dust myself off and start all over again.
