Today starts my 5th week on Atkins. I've lost 18.2 pounds since I started dieting and 8.9 since I started Atkins.

I'm glad I've stuck with it. I'm going out of town for about a week, which will be a bit of a test. Not only with transporting this WOE, but also with not weighing myself for a week.

Starting today I'm moving to Rung 1 and adding 5 more veggie carbs, since it doesn't seem to stall people to do so. It'll be a long time before i move beyond that.
