Im having a hard time finding the right workout routine for me. I have to do alot of my exercising at home because Im home with my daughter all day, but being in the house allows me to give up quicker and nap more. I dont know what to do right now, I dont want to hit a point so early on where im just doing whats easy, I want to actually challenge myself. I still cant do cardio for more then 10 minutes right now, I get out of breath so quickly but Im really trying and i guess thats what counts. The eating better part is going well though, I find myself not eating just because Im bored and not eating a lot of junk food which is good for me because Im the junk food queen. Calorie counting isnt as bad as I thought. Well I guess I will just have to wait til Sunday to see what this weeks results look like.
