Still staying the same... 50 minute 3 times a week at gym sweating my butt off... Housework Shopping constant running around I should be losing something.... AAAARRRGGGHHH

HI there, I hope you don't mind me commenting....I did have a look at your diet calender. You seem to eat a lot of processed foods, sugary drinks & salty snacks. Do you eat any fruit or vegetable? Try adding them & drinking plenty of water. It might help getting things moving :)
