My scale is messing with me, lol! Yesterday's weigh in was a bummer; today is back to my lowest weight. Just a wake-up call; I do need to cut down on sweets. I allow myself some, but I've been overdoing it. I've had more sodium in my diet lately, so water retention was probably played a role in that weight spike. It had to be on the day I weigh in for my Challenges!
