I'm feeling much better. I actually have 4 pts leftover today - but I'm not hungry - I guess I can deal with that okay though :D. I said no to baked goods when I bought my coffee and even though I forgot to bring snacks/supper when I went to the library, I went to the grocery store about bought fiber 1 bars, grapefruit, baby carrots and pickles rather than pizza, fried chicken, or give in to the urge to go to McDonald's. I even gave my winning tab for a donut to some random passerby (I haven't used the other 3 I have - figured I didn't need fouth). I even got a reasonable bit done on my stuff and yikes its late and I got a part time job at a green house for the spring which should be awesome... I might even be able to bike to work most of the time rather than drive.
So.. off to bed with me feeling victorious....and I weigh in tomorrow. I suspect it'll be an up or a if being good the last 3 days makes up for earlier in the week a steady. I was still up a pound or two at last check, but I can live with that - and make next week a good week.
