My weight has actually gone up since I started this challenge. I was sick the first week, but did not eat poorly just couldn't work out. This past weekend I splurged a little on Saturday night. Now, I am totally committed to being below my start weight by Monday the 15th! Size 6 here I come!!!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
